The landscape design along your property line not only reflects your garden style, but also reveals the type of relationship you have with your neighbors. In April, we completed a front yard makeover in the Deerlake Subdivision of Alpharetta, Georgia. It was one of few projects that we’ve experienced over the years where the neighbors collaborated on the needs of their yards and wanted a design that would enhance the look of both homes. Not only were two huge trees removed in the front of the properties, but we laid new sod on both yards, crossing over the property line, leaving a seamless sea of green flowing from one home to another. It was a wise choice on their parts, both financially and aesthetically, to have the project completed at the same time, by the same contractor.
