Our annual lawn maintenance program includes:

- pruning trees and trimming bushes as needed

Pricing: Annual lawn maintenance is priced for a total year of service to the property, divided over 12 months, and billed monthly. Our seasonal maintenance is priced per visit and billed monthly.
Pine straw and mulch installation is also available upon request. Greenshooz offers a variety of mulches from cypress to dyed hardwoods, and can recommend a color to best complement your home. Because mulching is tremendously beneficial to both the soil and plants around your home, we suggest that it be done twice per year. Mulching prevents the germination of weeds, retains moisture in your garden during dry weather, and helps infiltration of water during rainstorms and watering.
Most agree that annual flowers provide landscapes a wonderful splash of color. They are most successful when planted in a designated area and changed out seasonally, 2-3 times per year. For those who appreciate these finer details, Greenshooz also offers a Seasonal Color Program.
- Spring Annuals: Planted in late April and thrive through mid-July
- Summer Annuals: Planted in mid-July to keep flowers looking their best during the hot summer months
- Fall /Winter Annuals: Planted when temperatures begin to cool off in late October
